Winter has finally made its presence known around here with our first big snowfall earlier this week. I haven't had much chance to go out and shoot, so here's a shot of some bare trees I took last winter at a snow covered soccer/baseball field. I like the silhouetting of the trees against the late evening sky.
It's hard to believe sometimes, but we've been operating for three years now! It's been quite the experience so far and we're only continuing to grow and develop. Thanks to everyone who has encouraged and supported us through this journey so far!

When I was looking through my library, I came across this shot of a frog resting on a rock from the Calgary Zoo. It immediately brought to mind that classic Monty Python sketch since it is doing a pretty poor job of hiding. My mind takes odd trains of thought sometimes. :)
I had mentioned before that I had a pretty decent view of the Rocky Mountains from my office. I had my 70-200 with me one day, so I thought I would try to see what I could capture with it from there. Here's one of the shots I took, which includes some of the great fall colours in the neighbourhood.
